What is the Eucharist?
The celebration of the entire Mass. Specifically the consecrated bread and wine becoming the body and blood of christ.

The deliverance of the Chosen people from enslavement in Egypt and the Exodus from Egypt into the Promise Land.

Eucharistic Adoration:
The practice of praying in front of the Blessed Sacrament, which is exposed in a monstrance or ciborium on an alter, church, or chapel.
Monstrance:
A sacred vessel, usually in the form of a cross, used for the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament for adoration+benediction.
