What are the 3 basic structures of a cell?

Membrane, cytoplasm, and nucleus

What is a cell membrane like and what does it control?

It encapsulates the contents of the cell, and controls what enters and exits the cell.

What is in the nucleus? What is it considered?

It houses DNA. It's considered the brain of the cell.

What is known as the powerhouse of the cell

Mitochondria

What is in the cytoplasm

Oranges and jelly like fluid

What is produced in the Mitochondria

ATP ( energy of the cell is produced)

What do ribosomes contain

Ribonucleic acid and specific proteins within the cytoplasm

What are the two types of ER and what do they do

Smooth (ER) and rough (ER) helps the transportation of proteins and breaks down carbs

What is the Golgi apparatus responsible for

Responsible for the transportation modifying and packing proteins
