Corporate Communication
A strategic management process by which an organization communicates with its various audiences to benefit its competitive advantage.
Corporate Image
The mental picture that springs up at the mention of a firm's name, shaped by stakeholders' perceptions and interpretations.
Corporate Identity
The self-portrayal of an organization as conveyed through its name, logo, vision, mission, products, and other tangible elements.
Stakeholders
Individuals or groups that have an interest in the decisions and activities of an organization, such as media, investors, clients, and analysts.
Public Relations
A function of corporate communication that involves managing communications with various stakeholders.
Vision Statement
Describes the desired future position of the company.
Mission Statement
Defines the company's business, its objectives, and its approach to reach those objectives.
Visual Identity
The visual aspects and style of a company that influence its market position and communicate its goals.
Corporate Behavior
The behavior of an organization, embedded within its culture, and how it interacts with the outside world.
Corporate Reputation
A stakeholder's overall evaluation of a company over time, based on perceptions, emotional reactions, and past actions.
