Form Document
- First component
- It is generally the document that contains the main body of the message we want to convey or send. The main body of the message is the part of the form document that remains the same no matter to whom you will send the message from among your contact list.
Data fields or Merge fields
This marks the position on your form document where individual data or information will be inserted. From our sample document, the placeholders are denoted or marked by the text with double-headed arrows (<< >> on each side and with a gray background.
List or Data file
- 2nd component
- This is where the individual information or data that needs to be plugged in (merged) to the form document is placed and maintained.

- uses to link to resources that are not online.
- A quick way to refer to another slide in your presentation

- Joint Photographic Experts Group
- 24-bit color with up to 16 million colors great for photographs that need fine attention to color detail. Most accepted file format.
- Cannot be animated. Does not support transparency.
.tiff
- Tagged image file format
- Supports several types of compression like JPEG, LZW, ZIP or no compression at all. High quality image format.
- Very large file sizeā long transfer time, huge disk space consumption, and slow loading time
.gif
- Graphic interchange file
- Can support transparency. Can do small animation effects. Great for images with limited colors, or with flat regions of color
- Only supports 256 colors
.png
- Portable network graphics
- Does not lose quality and detail after image compression creates smaller file sizes than GIF.
- Generates a very large file, creating larger files than JPEG. Cannot be animated. Not supported by all web browsers.
