How does water move through the cycle
Precipitation occurs over land and ocean
Transpiration occurs (water evaporates from plants) retiring water to air in a gaseous form
Evaporation occurs from bodies of water and turns into a gaseous form
Seepage/Perculation occurs (like underground runoff) moving water underground into a body of water
Runoff occurs moving water from on land to off land
Condensation occurs in collecting the water vapours in the air and returning them to a liquid state once they become too dense for the air
IMPORTANT NOTES
the water cycle moves through the motions using the heat from the Sun
Aquafers, fraking and the garbage patches all effect water quality and contamination
only 1.2 % of the water on Earth is drinkable
Water is apart of every cell and molecule
