What is the organ level of organization?

Line the trunk cavities and cover the organs

Covers the internal organs
What is the parietal serous membrane?
Lines the wall of the cavity

Hold the abdominal organs in place and provide a passageway for blood vessels and nerves to organs
What is pericarditis?
Inflammation of the pericardium
What is pleurisy?
Inflammation of the pleura
