Asexual Reproduction

Testes
Gonads located in the scrotal sac responsible for producing sperm.
Seminiferous Tubules
Structures within the testes where sperm cells are produced.
Ductus Epididymis
The duct where sperm is stored after being produced in the seminiferous tubules.
Ductus Deferens
The duct that carries sperm from the testes to the male body.
Ejaculatory Duct
The duct that transports sperm from the ductus deferens to the urethra.
Cryptorchidism
A condition characterized by the failure of the testes to descend into the scrotal sac.
Dartos Muscle
A thin layer of contractile tissue in the wall of the scrotum that regulates the position of the testes to help maintain optimal temperature.
