is all the earths water including lakes,rivers,oceans,and water vapor in the atomsphere

cryoshpere

is the frozen part of the hydrosphere which can be ice and snow

biosphere

contains all living organisms •there are living organisms in all spheres of the earth

energy flow

energy is the ability to do work •earths two main sources of energy are the heat from the sun and the heat from the earths interior •these energy sources drive cycles of matter in the four spheres
