Stakeholders
Any person or group affected by the company’s actions or performance—not just stock owners.
Shareholders
Partial owners of a company who make money; they are always stakeholders.

Tools used to encourage individuals to improve performance.
Greenmailer
A person or company that buys a large amount of stock and threatens to take over, forcing the company to buy back the stock at a premium.
