Advisory Circular (AC)
A document providing information on regulations and compliance measures, in this case regarding identification and registration marking.
N-number
An identifier unique to each aircraft, where the letter prefix indicates the country of registration; for the U.S., it is 'N'.
Fixed-pitch wooden propellers
Propellers that do not require a fireproof marking method according to revised regulations in this AC.
Nationality and registration marks
