What is density?
Density describes how much mass is packed into a given volume.
How can you measure the density of an object?
By measuring its mass using a balance and its volume by calculation or displacement, then comparing the two.
What is pressure?
Pressure is the force applied per unit area.
How does pressure act in a gas or liquid at rest?
Pressure acts equally in all directions at a point in a fluid at rest.
What factors affect pressure difference in a liquid or gas?
Pressure difference increases with depth (height), density of the fluid, and gravitational field strength.
