Sum of number's digits is a multiple of 9 (ex. 792: 7+ 9 + 2 = 18 and 18 divided by 9 works, so 792 works)

Any of the numbers that form a product when multiplied together (Factors of 12 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12)

Any of the symbols used to write numbers (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9)

can be divided by a number without leaving a remainder. 28 is divisible by 2 (no remainder). 21 is not divisible by 2 (remainder of 1)
