Causes of cavities
Bacteria live in our mouths and when they come into contact with sugar foods, they form acids. The acids attack enamel on the exterior and eat through enamel to form holes in teeth.

6-11 top, 22-27 bottom (6 on both top and bottom)

1-5 and 12-16 top, 17-21 and 28-32 bottom

Opening rooms
Turn on lights, log onto computer, sign into open dental and bring up assignments, turn on suctions, turn on x-ray machine, turn on tv, stock rooms
Closing rooms
Turn off the lights, log off of computer, turn off dental unit, turn off x-ray machine, turn off tv, use slug buster to flush suctions and initial jug, sign off on closing sheet
Cavi wipes
Used to clean dirty instruments in room, wipe counters, chairs, and suctions
Peroxide wipes
Used to clean electronics and x-ray equipment
Alcohol spray
Used to clean electronics and x-ray equipment
Slug buster
Used to flush the suction lines after extractions and at the end of the day
Ultrasonic
Machine in sterile where utensils are submerged to remove blood
