This enzyme breaks down proteins into amino acid in your diet.

Amylase

This enzyme helps break down starches into sugar (glucose), which your body need for energy

Bile

is not a true digestive juice because Bile lacks digestive enzyme because Bile is not an enzyme. Rather, bile helps digestive enzymes digest fat. Bile acts as an emulsifier, which means it helps to mix fat and water together.
