Financial Instruments
Assets that can be traced, or they can also be seen as packages of capital that may be traded. (Example: Stocks, bonds, derivatives contracts, checks, CDs)

Non-Performing Loans (NPL)
Bank loans that are subject to late repayment or are unlikely to be repaid by the borrower.
