Fibrous Joint
A type of joint characterized by its lack of movement and strong connection between adjacent bones by fibrous connective tissue.

Fontanel
Soft spots on a baby's skull where fibrous connective tissue exists, allowing for brain growth and flexibility during birth.

A classification of joints that allows for slight movement, such as syndesmosis.
