Playmakers who have finished their work and are off-duty may consume alcohol at the Venue; however, he/she must adhere to the following requirements, including but not limited to:

- Playmakers must clock out at the end of their assigned and/or scheduled shift.

- Playmaker may not engage in any business- related decisions and/or activities on behalf of Topgolf.

- Playmaker must remove any Topgolf-branded clothing and/or badge.

- Turning you shirt inside out doesn't count as being out of uniform.

- Playmaker must adhere to all state and local laws involving alcohol consumption.

- Any Playmaker may ask for assistance in calling a taxi. Drink responsibly at all times.

- Playmaker must pay for all of his/her consumed food and/or beverages according to Topgolf's Discount Policy. Alcoholic Drinks are NOT covered under Topgolf's Discount Policy.

- All Playmakers including Management always pay full price for alcohol when dining at Topgolf. Topgolf ever "comps" alcohol for Playmakers or Managers.

- If all drinks don't appear on the tab, the Playmaker or Manager, as well as the Bartender are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

- When Topgolf is closed for operation for the evening, there should be no one in Topgolf other than the closing staff and overnight security.

- Playmakers are not permitted to sit at the Bar Top at any time.
