Traffic regulators signals

Regulators hand is extended upwards above his head, what does this mean

All traffic must stop, drivers cannot drive and they must stop the same goes for pedestrians. Only can go when regulator allows

Regulators hands are extended or laid down to his sides

From left and right hand side (the arms) the drivers can go straight and to the right. And pedestrians can cross the crossing line

But from chest and back all traffic is prohibited, so no car can go even the pedestrians

Regulators hand is extended towards the right hand side

From left hand side the car can drive in all directions, turn around, straight, left, right

The car from chest can only drive to the right

Cars from back and right hand side cannot drive as traffic is prohibited
