what is OCD?
OCD is a behavioural disorder characterised of obsessive/ compulsive behaviour

compulsions being repetitive - people with OCD feel compelled to repeat behaviour such as washing their hands multiple times.

obsessive thoughts - Thoughts that constantly reoccur in the individuals mind
cognitive coping - strategies used to manage obsessive thoughts and anxiety.
insight into excessive Anxiety - individuals often recognise their obsessions are irrational but feel powerless to stop them.

Accompanying depression - OCD is usually accompanied with depression which results in mood swings and low energy levels
