body mvmt, don't have to look at the body part that is moving

you have a limb, pain in a body part you may not have

Gate control theory
having a volume control for pain. It says that your body doesn't just automatically feel pain when you're hurt. Instead, there's a system in your body that can turn the pain volume up or down before you actually feel it.
