Definition / Signs & Symptoms: Very contagious illness with blister-like rash that forms on a child's hands and feet & painful sores that develop in the mouth. Rash can actually appear anywhere on the body, including their chest, back, arms, legs, genitals and buttocks. Infants and children younger than 5 are most likely to get this.
