Structure

5 stanza (equal 6 lines) poem, AABCCB rhyme scheme gives a soothing structure anticipating resolution- like one might anticipate death. In the first person personal perspective. Anapestic to iambic metrics to mimic speech and normalise conversational. Enjambement get more frequent further into the poem which may represent losing oneself to time.
