PROJECT PROPOSAL
is a 2 to 5 page document that seeks to address key questions surrounding a major project. In more general, it makes a case for what you plan to do.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
is a document used to present the general plan and justification to pursue a project. It is usually two to five in length.

Specifically, whether your project is designed for education, health, organization, arts, and others.
PROJECT PROPONENTS
this includes the project designers, investors, and other organizations working behalf of the project.
AREA OF IMPLEMENTATION
the address of the beneficiaries.
TARGET BENEFICIARIES
specify whether the beneficiaries would be men, women, youth, or the entire community.
PROJECT DURATION
Timeline, or number of implementing days of the project.
BUDGET REQUIREMENT
Is your financial roadmap. It is a detailed breakdown of all the funds needed to execute your plan from start to finish.

Stipulates the reasons behind the project.

this part where itemized expenses on the project duration are written.
RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
this section is dedicated to managing change during execution
PROJECT COSTS
this section is dedicated to estimating the overall cost of the proposed project.
SIGNATORIES
the last part of the project proposal where the names of the people involved are written.
