Eligibility for PAP
A four wheeled vehicle weighing less than 10,000 pounds intended for personal use by the named insured and any leased vehicles as long as the vehicle has been leased for 6 consecutive months.
General Provisions
Rules in place for the insurer like, bankruptcy, policy changes, fraud, legal action against the insurer, subrogation, policy period and territory, termination, transfer of interest, and two or more auto policies.
Conditions
Duties After an Accident
notify the insurer, cooperate with investigation, send legal docs to insurer, submit to a physical exam if requested by the insurer, submit proof of loss, file police report if stolen, etc.
Amendment of Policy Provisions
Can only be done through endorsement by insurer. Can change things like the listed driver, garaging address, coverage limits, and deductibles.
Extended non-owned coverage
removes certain exclusions from part A and B that provide liability and medical payments coverage for a non-owned auto used by the insured. This is excess coverage that pays out after the non-owned auto’s insurance policy pays.
Miscellaneous Type Vehicle
adds parts A, B, and D for vehicles with less than 4 wheels that may not be for use on public roads.
Joint Ownership Coverage
For two or more individuals who jointly own a vehicle. Adds an exclusion to part A to exclude liability coverage for the ownership, maintenance, or use of a vehicle, other than Your Covered Auto, by a non-resident relative or family member of a nonresident relative.
Named Driver Exclusion
Bodily Injury
bodily harm, sickness, or disease, including resulting death.
Property Damage
Physical injury to, destruction of, or loss of use of tangible property.
Supplementary Payments
paid in addition to policy limits. Premiums on bail bonds, up to $250 for bail bonds because of a covered accident, up to $200 per day for the insured’s lost earnings for attendance of court, and other reasonable expenses incurred at the insurer’s request.
Persons Insured
anyone related to the named insured or their spouse by blood, marriage, or adoption who resides in the named insured’s household.

Medical Services Expenses
Uninsured Motorist
Does not have or has less than the minimum limit of liability insurance for the state you live in, has insurance or a bond in place but the company goes insolvent, a hit-and-run vehicle whose owner cannot be identified.
Underinsured Motorist
Someone who has the minimum liability for their state but does not have enough coverage to respond to claims. This coverage pays the amount that exceeds the limit of liability of the at-fault party up to the state UIM limit.
