Muckrakers
Journalists and photographers in the late 1800s who exposed societal issues and corruption.
Ida Tarbell
A muckraker known for exposing the corrupt practices of the Standard Oil Company.
Upton Sinclair
Author of 'The Jungle,' which highlighted the poor working conditions in the meat-packing industry.
16th Amendment
