the protagonist whose status or essential otherness makes heroism possible

the Tyrant

Wants power at any price, crushes his enimies, people are just pawns to him.

the Bastard

disspossessed son, burns with resentment, lashes out at those around him, provokes actions in others, bundle of hate

traitor

double agent, betrays others, no one suspects them

outcast

outsider, wanting to belong, craves redemption, will sacrifice others

terrorist

serves warped sense of justice, self-righteous, belives in his own virtue, end will always justify his nefarous means

bitch

abusive autocrat, lies, cheats, and steals, uses others, only her dreams matter

black widow

lures victims into her web, goes after anyone who has what she wants, expert of seduction

backstabber

two faced, learns victims secrets and uses them

schemer

plotter, elanorat plans and schemes, traps the unwary

fanatic

does wrong in the name of good, justifies action with intent, all non-allys are enemies, believes her ways are right

seductress

an enchantress, sized everyone up, manipulitive and distrusting, does whatever necissary to come out on top

librarian

controlling and clever, holds back, underneath passionate, dressed to repress,

task

super human feats that must be acomplished

journey

sends hero in search of truth

fall

desent from higher to lower state of being, often as punishment for transgression, loss of innocence

innate wisdom vs educated stupidity

people exibiting wisdom and understanding as opposed to those supposedly in charge, loyal retainers

maze

puzzling dilemma or great uncertainty, search for monster inside on oneselft, journey into the heart of darkness

young man from the provinces

hero returns home as a stranger, can see new probloms and solutions
