What did this law do?
Enforced a curriculum where black students were taught different things than white students. Blacks were taught more practical skills than academic knowledge.
Why were Black students taught different things?
Wanted to prepare black students for more manual labour jobs rather than jobs that required a high education

Black students were taught in their native language rather than english or Afrikaans to make sure their access to higher education or better job oppotunites was limited
