Section 28 TCA 2003

The owners of a majority of units in a community may appoint a manager, conferring specified powers (as to which see s 28(2)), and dismiss a manager. Any remuneration paid to the manager is shared equally (s 31)

Section 29 TCA 2003

The owners of a majority of units subject to a community burden imposing a maintenance obligation may decide that maintenance should be carried out, require everyone to pay in advance, and instruct or carry out the maintenance.

Section 30 TCA 2003

All owners are bound by decisions under ss 28 and 29, and successors.
