There are 34 types of licenses:

Unapproved sources:
Don’t allow customers to gift you alcohol
Against the law to purchase any alcoholic beverages under your permit
All alcohol must come from MoCo or ABS warehouse, one of it’s 27 stores, or an authorized small winery, brewery, or distillery

Must be in frame and under glass
Bar operations:
No after hours of alcohol sales
Food must be available if serving alcohol
Prohibited from reusing or refilling any bottle or container
Under 21 employees can serve alcohol (18 yr minimum)
Serving those under 21
Liquor license revocation, $1,000 fine for 1st offense and up to $20,000 for repeated offenses, jail time if possible for the person who served the alcohol
Acceptable forms of ID
Valid driver’s license, MVA state ID, military ID, permanent resident card/green card, valid passport
Unacceptable forms of ID
An expired ID, college ID, foreign driver’s license, credit card library card, birth certification
