Empirical
A Research must be verifiable and based on evidence.
Logical
Research must have a process that follows reasoning and structure.
Low-Order Thinking Skills

High-Order Thinking Skills
Skills required for complex analysis and evaluation in research. (Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating, Creating)

Research that can be copied and reproduced by others.

Focused on finding future solutions to real-world problems.
Objective
Goal-oriented and unbiased, contrasting with subjective approaches.

The necessity for adequate data to support research findings.
