What were the effects of Alexander Hamilton’s Financial Plan?

  1. Economic Policies opposed by the south (AH asked the Southern States Debts from the War but they didn’t want to)

  2. But AH created a compromise (Reached for support if he Supported Capital move to the South — Washington D.C) AH proposed to the south that if they paid the debt’s of the northern states the U.S. Capital would permanently be in the South aka Washington D.C.
