AURI (Acute Upper Respiratory Infection) Symptoms

Common cold, pharyngitis, sinusitis, sore throat, runny nose, cough, nasal congestion, sneezing, conjunctivitis, myalgias, continuous fever, fatigue, ear pain, difficulty hearing, fluid drainage from the ear, irritability in children

ALRI (Acute Lower Respiratory Infection) Symptoms

Pneumonia, bronchitis, severe/persistent cough (that produces mucus/phlegm), difficulty breathing, chest pain, slight continuous fever, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chills, cyanosis (blue skin tone)

General Anemia Symptoms

Fatigue, weakness, pale/cold/yellowish skin (especially the eyes, mouth, and hands), leg swelling, dizziness, heart palpitation

Anemia (Iron Deficiency) Symptoms

Brittle nails, swelling/soreness of tongue, cravings for non-nutritive substances (pica)

Anemia (Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid Deficiency) Symptoms

Nerve problems (numbness and tingling), trouble walking, mood disturbances

Uncomplicated Malaria Symptoms

Intermittent (on/off) fever, chills/rigors, headache, myalgia, weakness, dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, cough, febrile convulsions in kids

Complicated (Severe) Malaria Symptoms

Life-threatening, prostration, cerebral malaria (unarousable coma), severe anemia (hemoglobin <6g/dl), kidney failure, pulmonary edema, circulatory collapse (hypovolemia/shock), repeated seizures

Typhoid Fever Symptoms

Stepladder fever, fatigue, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal issues, rash, constipation, diarrhea, malaise, cough, sore throat, constipation
