Simply Refers To Your Verbal And Non-Verbal Communication, Always Complementing Each Other

Suggests That when You Communicate , You have To Avoid including words or action that add no value to the message.
Clarity
Avoiding Being Vague or Unclear with what you are communicating
Consistency
refers to your persistence as the sender of the message in order to ensure that the receiver understands you and the messages entirety.
Considering Your Audience
You must undergo something called audience analysis that refers to simply gathering as many information as you can about the recipient of your message.

Checking for Understanding
After You have Communicated the message you must find ways in testing the receiver to verify that the message was indeed received
Choosing the Right Medium
Knowing your Medium and Determining Which Is Considered As the Most effective way that would make your message reach your target audience.
Common Language
You should Communicate with a Language that is common and understandable for you and your audience.
