An argument advocating for the implementation of a specific solution or policy.

A text whose meaning is shaped by its relationship to other texts.
Hypertext
Text embedded with links that allow the reader to navigate to related information.
Cohesion
The connection of ideas within sentences that ensures smooth flow in writing.
Coherence
The logical connections that make a text understandable and meaningful to readers.
