WBS
Work Breakdown Structure, a hierarchical decomposition of a project into smaller components.

Lag
A delay between the start or finish of one task and the start or finish of another.
Float
The amount of time that a task can be delayed without delaying the project.

The process of tracking, reviewing, and regulating the progress and performance of a project.
