The increasing interconnectedness between people and places, such as instant messaging and quick travel

The use of elements by a minority culture by membersof a dominant culture without proper acknowledgement, respect, or understanding for their original context

Diversity gives individuals greater freedom to ‘pick and mix’ their identities from a variety of different sources and what they consume

What is the argument against postmodernism?

This is a white middle class theory and not everyone has the same access to choice because of cultural differences and expectations
