Step 1
Attach distal radius to radial and intermediate part of bone
Step 2
With a 2.4 or 2.7 drill guide drill into elongated hole
Step 3
Measure screw length with a depth gauge
Step 4
Add a 2.4 or 2.7 cortex screw in the elongated hole in the plate shaft.
Step 5
Add k wires if necessary to the hole around the a-g hoels
Step 6
Use LCP Drill guide or 2.4/2.7 drill guide into threaded combi hole.
Step 7
Measure with depth gauge
Step 8
screw in 2.4 locking screw or 2.4/2,7 cortex screw
Step 9
Use 30* or fixed angle drill guide with a 1.8 drill to get hole
Step 10
use c-arm to get correct angle and depth gauge to length
Step 11
Screw in 2.4 locking screw until seated.
Step 12
use .8 torque limiter to finalize screw into place
Step 13
Repeat until complete

Stitch patient
