N — NOTAMs
Check current Notices to Air Missions affecting the flight.
W — Weather
Obtain weather reports and forecasts for departure, enroute, and destination.
K — Known ATC Delays
Check for any expected delays issued by ATC.
R — Runway Lengths
Know the runway lengths available at airports of intended use.
A — Alternatives
Know alternate airports if the planned flight cannot be completed.
F — Fuel Requirements
Ensure the aircraft has enough fuel for the planned flight plus reserves.
T — Takeoff and Landing Distance Data
Calculate aircraft performance data for takeoff and landing based on conditions.
Alcohol
(91.17) Have to not have a higher than 0.04 and cannot have drank in the last 8 Hours
Seat Belt Regs

Be at their assigned station during takeoff and landing.
Keep their seatbelt fastened while at their station.

A crew member may leave their station if it is necessary to perform duties related to the operation of the aircraft.
