Provided with both fundamental and advanced skills in the aircraft coupled with tactical introductions
-Will then Receive "wings of gold"
Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS)
Will be introduced to their fleet aircraft
-ground school, simulator, and aircraft events
-Professional reputation begins
