Simple Relevant Clothing Articles
Simple relevant clothing articles are easy to make and are useful to us.
They require minimum amount of materials and tools to make them.
Apron
A protective or sometimes decorative garment worn over the front of the body and tied around the waist.
Bib
A garment hung from the neck, covering to the chest to protect clothing from accidentally spilled food. Bibs are mostly used by young children, especially infants, but also by some adults.
Kerchief
A triangular or square piece of cloth tied around the head, neck, limbs or bags for protective or decorative purposes. Handkerchiefs are smaller than head and neck kerchiefs and can be used to wipe the face, eyes or nose.
Napkin
A rectangular piece of clothing used at the table for wiping the mouth and fingers while eating.
Pillowcase
A decorative cover for a pillow.
Scarf
A strip, square or triangle piece of cloth worn around the neck, head or shoulders to keep you warm or to make you look attractive.
Tablecloth
A decorative and protective garment used to cover a table.
Tailor’s Chalk
This is used to make temporary marks on the fabric.
Tote Bag
A large bag used for carrying a number of items, much like a shopping bag.
Pins
There are used to hold down folds on fabrics before they are sewn.
Fabric
This can be bought new or got from a fairly used bedsheet, scrap from sown materials or used clothes.
