Private Land Surveys

shall refer to the surveys of parcels of lands administered by or belonging to the National Government or any of its branches and instrumentalities

Government Land Surveys

shall refer to the surveys on the lands purchased by the government from the Religious Orders and private corporations from 1904 to 1913, for distribution to actual occupants and bonafide settlers pursuant to Act 1120, otherwise known as the “Friar Lands Act;”

Friar Land Estates Surveys

shall refer to the surveys of all patrimonial property of the State

National Government Lands Surveys

shall refer to the surveys on the lands acquired by the provincial, city/municipal, or barangay government pursuant to the Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the “Local Government Code of 1991,” and other pertinent laws which are not needed for public purposes

Local Government Unit (LGU) Lands Surveys

shall refer to the surveys conducted for the purpose of transforming/converting the lots covered by approved graphical cadastral surveys, cadastral mapping (Cadm) and photocadastral mapping (PCadm), into numerical or regular cadastral lots, with computation and plotting in the system of the cadastral project

Conversion Surveys

This survey is done primarily in order to determine the extent of coverage of the project which shall be within the territorial jurisdiction of a municipality/city; and to determine the exact location of the lots which data are necessary in the accurate derivation of the corresponding technical description.

Political Boundary Survey

refers to the surveys conducted to upon issuance of order by Regional Technical Director (RTD) to verify the reported erroneous survey, overlapping of titled lands, or encroachment of another property

Verification Surveys (Vs)

are surveys for the purpose of segregating twenty (20) percent or less of the area of previously surveyed large tract of public land

Segregation Surveys (Sgs)

are surveys for re-setting of boundary lines indicated in the approved survey or land title, if any

Relocation Surveys (Rel)

shall be a survey made on approved survey of a lot

Re-Survey (Rs)

This survey shall be made on a lot for the purposes of inscribing the technical description on the title of a tract of land and whose technical description is no longer available in the Lands Management Bureau/Land Management Services or the Land Registration Authority

Re-Survey (Rs)

This survey is made for the purposes of transforming the previously titled lot covered by magnetic survey into numerical survey.

Re-Survey (Rs)

This survey is made for the purposes of establishing the technical description of approved survey which is missing as certified by LMB and LMS office concerned.

Re-Survey (Rs)
