What does Check and Balances mean

*Checks and Balances* Give each branch of government the power to control other branches independently, preventing one branch from becoming too powerful.

What does Popular sovereignty mean

For Popular sovereignty it mean self- government. people want to be able to have a say. You would want to vote for a president and make your own decisions as an individual.

What does limited government mean

The government can only do the things written in the Constitution. They cant reach for more power than they already have.

Which one is the most important one to me and why

I think checks and balances are the most important because the government uniquely created that know one can run away with too much power.
