Performance Appraisal
A formal review of an employee's job-related responsibilities, strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for promotion or training.
SMART Objectives
Objectives that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
Control Loop
A management process that involves setting standards, monitoring performance, and making necessary adjustments.
Summative Appraisal
An assessment of past or current performance to determine if it meets or exceeds necessary standards.
Formative Appraisal
