What is the Warren court?

Headed by Chief Justice Earl Warren. guaranteed individual rights. Before, you had the right but did not have access to it. This shifts the court to due process model

  1. unreasonable search and seizure

  2. No warrants will be issues unless there is probable cause, and it must describe the place, persons/things seized
