Wrist muscle; wrist flexion. Originates from the medial epicondyle of humerus and inserts on the 2nd and 3rd metacarpals
Extensor carpi ulnaris
Wrist muscle; wrist extension. Originates from the lateral epicondyle of humerus and inserts on the 5th metacarpal
Extensor carpi radialis
Wrist muscle; wrist extension. Originates from the lateral supracondylar ridge of humerus and inserts on the 2nd and 3rd metacarpals
