Client supine, flat

Lingula

Client in right side-lying position, rotated one-quarter turn backwards, head of bed tipped down 15 degrees (Trendelenburg position)

Position 5

Lingula

Client in right side-lying position, rotated one-quarter turn backwards, head of bed tipped down 15 degrees (Trendelenburg position)

Position 6

For bilateral lower lobes, anterior basal segments Client in side-lying position, head of bed tipped down 30 degrees
