Chinese - How Chinese study is going

My Chinese studying is going ok.

Wǒ de Zhōngwén xuéxí hái kěyǐ.

For the past 6 months, I've been studying 10 hours a week,

Zhè liù gè yuè, wǒ měi gè xīngqī xué shí gè xiǎoshí,

so about 2 hours every weekday.

chàbùduō měitiān gōngzuòrìxué liǎng gè xiǎoshí.

I'm using a program called Mandarin Blueprint.

It provides me with software that I use to study,

so that I receive flashcards when I'm about to forget them.

It's more efficient than studying every flashcard.

Recently I've been feeling burnt out from studying so much.

I've learned more vocabulary but I'm not interested in the sentences that I've been studying.

I don't have enough confidence to talk in Chinese to people other than my parents.

I also feel like I haven't progressed as much as I could have in 6 months.

I'm planning to take a more relaxed approach to studying Chinese.

I plan to use ChatGPT to translate sentences to sound more natural.

I’ve been testing out ChatGPT and have been pleased with the results.

I use ChatGPT to explain sentence structure,

how to use certain words,

zěnme yòng yìxiē cí,

and create mnemonics for new words.
