Explain how the federal government indirectly regulates the practice of pharmacy
Regulating drug products and any corresponding requirements that can only be met if the practitioner acts in a certain way

PEB (Ch. 450) is located within DSPS (Ch. 440). Both the DSPS and PEB were created by WI Chapter 15 (Structure of the executive branch)

Must be a resident of the state
Nominated by the governor, approved by the senate
No more than 2 consecutive terms

May not be employed by a private org that promotes the profession regulated by that board

Public members (and their spouses) cannot be engaged in the profession regulated by that board
