Agentic State

An individual carries out orders from another while not holding responsibilty for the actions comitted.

Authoritarian personality

An individual with extreme respect for those in authoirty along with extreme obediece ot those in power

Autonomous State

A state where the individual acts on their own accords over someone elses authority/ wishes and takes full responsibility for their actions.

Compliance 

A form of conformity when internally disagreeing while externally agreeing wih the majority. Temporary change.

Fake Participants in an experiment.

Conformity

Altering how an indivual thinks,feels, or acts because of the majority.

Dehumanisation

Dsregarding people and treating them as subhuman

Individual variables

Personal characteristics that affect he degree to which the individual conforms to group expectations.

Internalisation

A form of conformity where an individual changes their beliefs with the group both internally and extenally. Permanent change.
