Charismatic Authority
Arise’s from leaders personal characteristics. E.g Jose Rizal, Martin Luther King, and like many celebrities were voted as officials of the government.
Legal - Rational
Enacted rules and regulations. E.g constitution, laws, and rules that we follow.
Social Stratification
refers to a system by which a society ranks categories of peoople in hierarchy

An abundance of valubale possesions or money.
Power
The capacity or ability to direct or infulence the behavior of others or the course of events.
Presitge
Wide spread respect and admiration felt for someone or something on the basis of their perception of their achievement or quality.

Functionalism and Conflict theory
Functionalism
Social Stratification exist for a reason. It has benificial consequences for the operation of society which is why society must offer those people rewards and incentives.
Conflict Theory
Social Stratification is unfair and harmful the rich stay rich and the poor stay poor. Social Startification benifits some at the expenses of others. Capitalism and exploitation exist in the society.
Social Inequality
The existance of unequal opportunites and rewards for different social positions or statuses within a group or a society. Difference in income, resources, power, and status within and between societie.
